2. Our relationship with Astroideal and Directorio Tarot

Arcana Chats, Astroideal and Directorio Tarot are projects of our company. Eira is Arcana Chats’ AI character. Links or recommendations to our own services involve this shared commercial interest. Each website explains its own services and terms; human Astroideal readings are not purchased here.

3. What the service offers

The website offers AI conversation, random tarot cards, general Sun-sign compatibility, horoscope readings and guides. Eira is not a person or a human psychic. Her portrait and editorial images are generated. Responses can contain errors and do not guarantee events or outcomes. Horoscope readings use entertainment texts that do not update daily or calculate planetary positions.

The chat is exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. A free trial requires no account and allows up to 8 interactions daily and 6 per conversation, also subject to shared capacity and security controls. The reset time is shown in the panel. No subscription, purchase or payment is active; Premium is in preparation, with an email waitlist that involves no purchase or payment.

4. Responsible use and limitations

Tarot and astrology are offered as entertainment and symbolic reflection. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not use a reading for risky decisions, diagnoses, gambling or emergencies. In an emergency call 112 or your country’s emergency service. Do not submit sensitive data, secrets, identifying information or other people’s personal data. Abuse, automated quota circumvention and unauthorised access are prohibited.

5. Content, links and availability

Original text, design and assets are protected by applicable rights. Card illustrations come from the historical Rider–Waite–Smith deck; Arcana Chats does not claim authorship of that deck. Guides include their sources. External websites have their own terms. We may correct content and change availability for maintenance or security, while respecting users’ statutory rights.

Spanish law and applicable European law govern this service. Report issues using the contact email above. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or access to the courts competent under applicable law.
